The Weather Advisory today about strong winds from the south helped me get to Butte in record time. There is a storm tracking this way for Sunday so I wanted to ensure that I clear some of the high passes ahead on Saturday. The ride today out of Bannack was incredible. A steady rise to Crystal Park and then a long descent to Wise River for a late lunch, and then a canyon to Divide and then due north with the wind to Butte.
