Beautiful descent from the cold mountain air in Lazaro Cardenas through sage and cacti lands to the Golfo de California and the busy town of San Felipe. Off season now, the coastline is dotted with holiday communities and resorts, catering to off-road motorbikes or quads and retired folk. With tailwinds I will now head south along this coast.
