Sparwood

Do I go fast down the highway or seek out trails? I did both today. The kms come much easier on the highway but I still managed to ride trail sections before and after Sparwood. A full mountain bike would be fun here!

    Can’t help but think of how difficult the terrain must have been for early peoples. Game and fish would have been plentiful though.
