Sirkka (Day 5)

Cold, wet and overcast conditions challenged our clothing options. Gravel roads took over from pavement for most of the day.

      Very little. The gravel sections saw one car every 15 minutes. Once closer to towns a few more…as for cyclists, quite a few at the start(about 8) and we run into them from time to time at official campsites or in towns. Only 3 were northbound so far having started some time ago at the Black Sea. One solo rider was heading that way too, and the rest are following some iteration of the European Divide like us.
